Introduction

I'm a big lover of food and this is my first attempt at a blog. It's something that I've always wanted to do and I thought there is no better way to start than during my forthcoming trip to the United States and Canada. I love to try everything at least once and I love to eat at places that offer generous servings of tucker as I have a massive appetite! I'm really looking forward to trying some of the must eat food haunts in Chicago, Calgary, Canmore, Banff, Edmonton, Vancouver and San Francisco. I will upload videos and photos as I embark on what will hopefully be an epic journey of North America's great foods! Stay tuned.
